I wish I would have had big brakes...........but I still don't think they would have helped. 60' to react AND stopped is still a pretty tall order. But, brakes are definitely going to be a part of the rebuild.

I usually give it 30 secs if i have driven much at all.....boost or not, just to be safe. 2-3 minutes if driving hard. I would start checking wires near the e-brake bolts. Then, I would check near the Timer itself. I would imagine the wires are bent pretty hard there, because of the way it is...

It will probably be in the wire that runs to your e-brake. While the guy was installing mine, we had the same type problem until he got that mounted correctly. I'm electrically challenged, but noone works on my car without me by their side.
