Congrats on the Baby! Your first???? I have had a child seat in my Supra quite a bit, with 4 kids. They are hell on leather seats. Make sure you take it out from time to time, and move it around, instead of letting it sit in the same spot all the time.

The Grey is the best color for the MKIII, and you don't see them very often. But, I'm not sure the grey or black would be good for that bumper. You need to lighten it up a bit. TooQwik's car looks amazing with that bumper in Red. The blue is also pretty nice, but I see that particular picture...
