Turn it to ECT NORM. Drive smooth and get a feel. You'll have 2500-4500rpm "soft" shifts depending on Throttle. Flick the POWER MODE On 3000-5500 RPM "firmer" Shifts. Also when cold, in Power mode the car won't shift into 3rd or OD depending on temp.
