    the bulb holders are different (but should come with the taillights), and you need to drill 2 small holes, just to secure the trim.... only instructions I can give (cause I've changed my taillights to JDM 89 +'s before), is unbolt where there are bolts.... you have to dismantle the rear...

    pre 89 molding is flat, 89+ has a little "lip"... some pre 89 molding was "tinted" to match, such as light blue and stuff.... the only 89-90 molding that was body color were the White packages (like mine, white paint, white trim, white rims, and blue/burgundy interiors), in 91, all trim came...

    for the exterior, you have the trim, the mirrors, the header panel (in some cases), bumper, foglights, taillights, and spoiler (if turbo)... on the inside, it's the speaker pods, steering wheel, gauge cluster, stereo, climate control, seats, patterns on the fabric, and rear seatbelts...
