the moon/sun roof on a targa's been done, it was on a red 91 I found once on google, can't find it again, however... but those that say a moon/sunroof = targa open motoring, are wrong.. a FULL targa is way better, that's why Vettes, Ferrari's, and even the Koeinsegg CCX are TARGA...

Another way is put it into R before you turn the car on, and keep your foot on the clutch until you move..

clutch in, then reverse, if it doesn't wanna go in, or it grinds, i put the shifter in neutral, let go of the clutch.. usually I hear a "thud" or dropping sound, as if something disengages, usually 9 times out of 10, it'll go into reverse, otherwise, I have to put it back into neutral and start...

I use 3M double sided tape from home depot, lasted a few months before it got wet, I just took it off again, and re-did it, been good since...
