85% is the STD at which VE is calculated at sea level IIRC.

If the wires to the cps are cut and damaged, there's your problem right there. No cps = no spark = no start

Yes I do, although almost all t3 & t4 turbos I come across all have different exhaust exits.... I would be willing to make you guys one if we had a donor car or some way of measuring out the parts.

Im guessing you forgot to hook back up the afm. Either that, or your fuel pump/fuel filter/fuel lines are bad/broke/clogged etc.

I have the oil system... Yes I have the J tube block off plates and I have the AFPR mounting flanges. I will have to check and see if I have the CSI block off plates...

Ive got the flanges... You could take the flange down to your local exhaust shop and have them make ya one....

VE as in Volumetric efficiency? You can use wishful thinking and go with 85%. :-) Most if not all VE calculations that I have seen use 85%.
