I really don't see this as the builder's fault. Really I couldnt' ask for more. The engine is almost 4 years old now with 30k miles on it and has been making nice HP for a while now.

I dunno Ian, but there are some back woods @$$ people around here thats for sure! Supra5mgte, its a head gasket. Theres just no way around it.

It could be a boost leak, poor fuel, broken fuel injector, fuel pressure regulator, lack of fuel any where in the system, clogged air filter, or broken wastegate to name a few.

Ok a little update on this. I undid the head today to find out that this problem has been happening for a while. 1,2 & #6 exhaust valves all show signs of burning coolant. Funny though as its never showed on the plugs. The only failure that I see on the HG is the land that seperates...

Yes an upgraded ct is very common. I and jtamulis both sell them. When you take off the intake track on the turbo, does the impeller (compressor wheel) spin freely?

Reset your cars computer by pulling the efi fuse. Try the car again.
