After all the indy car engines I have seen torn down and inspected, I will never run any thing else.
The engines after 600 miles look new inside, after turning 10,500rpm for 2 hours wide open thats quite a feat.

You need to check all your relays and the main power fuseable links under the hood.
Also, put your key in the driver's door. Lock it. Unlock it. Try and start the car.

I seriously wouldn't worry about it.
If you can get away without emissions testing you can pull ALL your vacuum lines except for:
-heater pot
-Cruise (if hooked up)
-Fuel pressure reg
All the others you really don't need if...

Im 99% sure I have every thing right, but I would like to know what COLOR the wires are that Im dealing with. The toyota harness wires to be exact.
Im betting #2 and #3 are both from poor deck preparation on the head and or the block or both.
If the surface isnt' smooth enough, nothing will hold for any amount of time.

Yes if there is any water in the pan you're pretty much fubar. Oil floats on water - Water hits bearings - Poof.
