Depends on what Garrett you were going after.
The new GT series go in GT1000, GT2000, GT3000 and GT4000 series.
Also note that the larger the compressor wheel, the larger the turbine wheel must be to compensate for more torque to drive the compressor wheel.
Very little torque... NO GORILLAS.
Just take off every thing in order, and then put every thing back in order. Make sure you use some good water pump gasket sealant and to use some antiseize on the threads.
The tests are fairly cheap, and shouldn't run over $50 (typical dealership is minimum one hour @ $50 an hour).
The burping we are all taking about....
Take your car and put just the front up on jack stands or car ramps.
Take the rad cap off, and fill with water. Squeeze both the top...
The BHG on the 7m series of engines doesn't always puff smoke out the exhaust.
You need to do a leak down test and compression test and get back to us.

Also, get rid of the platinums.
Go with a set of autolight 3923's gapped at .028 and see if the miss goes away.
