^ the 3g ct20b is a small compressor wheel verion of the supra ct26 with a cermaic turbine wheel.

^ Correct. One is the starter signal wire (causes most problems... "All I hear is clicking when I turn the key") and the other is the main power wire. The two wire connection that you have found may either be the neutral safety swtich (I think) off the TOP of the trans (r154) or something else.

The manifold isn't bad, but it needs reworked and rewelded. The turbo isn't bad, but it needs rebalanced before you run it and a smaller hot side. The kit isn't any where near complete. You're going to spend another $2-300 just in plumbing alone.

To test a bov, simply try and blow threw it. If you can, its junk. If it pressurises (sp? Its late) but leaks slowly, its on its way out.
