320. then go over it with paint prep.
I'd go with a primer then a sealer.
Hit it was a DA and some 320. Use some paint prep. prime it. Block it. more prep then seal it and shoot ur basecoat
grinding or leaving it there is just fine. But you can get them thru Mr Gasket @ Oreilly auto parts. Normal cost like 5.50 at the most iirc.
If you are like me then get it for the final touches. not expensive at all and it looks great.

not all parts stores have them stocked NO. they usually are special order. BCA aka federal mugal(sp) usually are stocked at parts stores along with sealed power.
buy one. u can rent it out to ur buddies to use. or have them pay u to tow stuff and move things. worked fine for me although I didnt pay for mine. I have infact been paid to help others with the trailor
there is no where else, trust me if there was i would be there. my shop i was going to goto was destroyed by the hurricane. i dont have a truck nor the time for a 8 hour round trip

I know its some damn old school machine. The shop I planned on going to had this fancy new machine that got things super smooth. aluminum head surfaces almost looked polished afterwards. Too bad they got washed out.

yea. i understand. but the problem is. that is the only shop. main reason i havent taken it back is because they are just so busy. I cant wait a year. i barely have 6 months. dont need my car gettin towed
