    Main bearing clearances?!

What measurement is this in, inches, millimetres, what? Be specific. Read the TSRM - it TELLS YOU what the spec for the bearing clearances should be. Judging from your question history, i wouldnt bank on you making more than stock horsepower. The likelyhood of you getting to 600rwhp is remote.

some old guy hit my car :(

Theres a reason they revoke your license here at age 70, and then make you sit a re-test to get it back...then again, anyone over 65 gets a bus pass now...

1990 Toyota Supra Turbo Buildup - Satans Little Helper...

So today i thought 'i'm finishing this!' and went outside to plumb the rest of the turbo intake pipes up, and the power steering fluid reservoir. For the sake of faffing around, i put the NA reservoir on, which i thoroughly cleaned yesterday. Unlike the turbo reservoir, its see through, so you...

1990 Toyota Supra Turbo Buildup - Satans Little Helper...

The lines, i'm keeping, as they may be useful at some point, but the adaptors are crap - and they're going in the bin. They're meant for a landcruiser, as nothing points the right way...

1990 Toyota Supra Turbo Buildup - Satans Little Helper...

Right - update time! A friend of mine from the UK sent me over the wastegate circlip, so i could start putting things back together again - Toyota are damn cheeky, asking for £2 + VAT for a SMALL METAL CLIP THE SIZE OF MY SMALL FINGERNAIL. Grr. Sometimes i wonder if i shouldn't just get a kit of...

Early '89 Wiring harness pinout with colors

Yes. I can state that Euro Spec and JDM spec cars have very, very different harness plugs on the body side, to a US spec car. Engine side are all the same though.

Selling why? After all that ballache to import it from the UK?

    Installing a CT26 with Engine in-situ

Thats the thing - i can get a screwdriver in the hole easily, but if i try and move the pipe, it wont budge. It stays rigid, and just moves, rather than bending (if that makes sense), and returns to its original position. We're not talking 'wildly off' here either - literally, a few millimetres...

    Installing a CT26 with Engine in-situ

I had thought about a drop of superglue to hold it, but i was concerned it might screw up the seal :/

    Installing a CT26 with Engine in-situ

Nick - the washer will rest on there...but not for long. Due to the amount of wrangling needed to get the banjo fitting into position, the washer just slips off :/ It's the lining it up and getting my hands in there thats the issue, more than the washer.

    Installing a CT26 with Engine in-situ

This is the final ballache. Seriously, the drain can bolt up fine, the turbo to manifold, is doable (although untorqueable with spanners), the elbow is fine to bolt up. The *ONLY* problem is the oil feed banjo. I did try an oil softline kit....but it was all wrong, length wise, and the fittings...

    removing egr

If it doesn't pass the test, its not road legal. Simple as that. We're not talking about tuning at all.

    removing egr

Poodles - i'm tired of arguing with you. The EGR does work in the same way, i never said otherwise, i said the *DEGREE OF COMPENSATION* is different. As for calling us 'screaming idiots', despite the fact that of those that have done it, not a SINGLE person has had a problem or an 'issue'...

    removing egr

Poodles - there's not a SHRED of evidence of that happening in ANYONES vehicle. How many UK supra owners do you know, Poodles? How many of them do you know that have taken EGR off? Out of those, how many of them have had a headgasket blow as a result of removing the EGR? You're speculating and...
