Get the MAFT with an SAFC. When it is tuned you will not have fuel cut. Also, I have an AVCR and I love it.

Use the TSRM to adjust the TPS. If that doesn't work, replace it. I had this problem recently and an adjustment fixed it right up.

Smaller pipes make you spool faster. It takes less time to fill less space.

I have a MAFT. I recommend using a SAFC along with it. Also, get it tuned on a dyno or with a wideband O2 system. It is easy to screw up your engine if you try to adjust without all the right tools.
