They're about averagely priced. The guys at SP are very nice and extremely helpful. I like em. I've not had work done there, though.
NW burbs, eh? What city?
Haha maybe I'll make a pass through Peru next time I'm in Bloomington (have family down there).
How close are you to Joliet? I'll be down there in April for a bowling tourney lol
dammit lpolo you beat me lmao
That's our (lpolo and I) buddy Andrew (Hyperhoho1). He had a 5.5" straight piped exhaust and what was it again? 88mm turbo? Or maybe the 88 was after this vid... hrm hahaha
That'll raise compression... you need to shave the head and block (or strongly suggested anyway) to have the metal head gasket seal properly. And I do believe there is a sticky that says the stock hg thickness is about 1.37mm, so at 1.2 you're already thinner than stock....
At Chipotle you're paying for rice and maybe a little bit of something else.

I'm not sure of any way to really do that. You could sell the RC 550's and get Denso 550's. They should be a direct fit.
I know that's not answering the question, but it is another alternative to hacking up a brand new harness
