1.) Don't know how long, but the stock drain location will work. Minimum dash 10 line.
2.) Its a dash 4 to metric fitting. I sell it. PM me and we'll talk shop.
3.) If you make the spacer about 1" thick, you may get away with it.

Running with no EGR wouldn't cause you to go lean.
Running with out the EGR exhaust port plugged would cause the car to be laggy due to a major exhaust leak.
Running with out the EGR intake manifold port plugged...
Im not much of a drinker due to the fact Im sauced after one beer.
But, these are my favorites on no particular order. I would have to say that the SLO Blueberry Ale would be my weapon of choice, but hard to find.
