A good number of people go with new harnesses... I think I would benefit from one myself but I have to get my chassis harness sorted out first.

Yep, I had it pretty bad. After adjusting the valve shims it got a lot better, but the valves still make a bit more noise than I'd like. The shims are all well within spec too =( I guess our valves just make lots of noise.

I like the 225s. It's the size the wheel was designed for and personally I love how the tire sidewall is flush with the wheel and not bulging out like most tires seem to be. I'm not even sure if 245s would increase your contact patch unless it were lower pressure. Someone who knows more about...

What do you mean by "not do anything"? Does the engine just stay at 1200 rpms? Does it die? Does the car just accelerate slower than you expected? I find my third gear doesn't have the pulling feel of second at lower rpms. Actually I feel like my car isn't pulling very hard at all anytime...
