well the damage occurred during storage. he said the cam had torn box, and paper. it had a little spot of rust there, he cleaned it off while getting ready to send it to me and found the pitting. im tempted to send this cam to a cam grinder to be copied... this grind was never released to the...
so you would run it? i can get this cam for $50, it is priceless in my opinion though due to its former owner. so aside from it going flat or destroying the rocker there is no real risk?

not the worst ingestion of stuff into an engine, but ya that is definitely not gonna be good for the engine. i could sell them the air filter i accidentally bought for the celica though... it is to big for my airbox and designed for theirs.....brand new in a toyota box!!!

well, not the mountains... but yes i cant wait for the snow to hit around here. got the 400 ready to rock but the heavy sled still needs work. cant really run it till the snow gets deep and hard packed anyway.
really cant wait to run the lakes on the rxl.
we are in north dakota.... aside from lift and tint laws(both are good things in there own ways) we have none of that crap here. well we do have a speed limit. but it is 75 which generally is high enough. and a ticket is way cheep around here 20 over is $30
drove an hour and a half to the farm, and realized i forgot my coolant tester. the one at the farm was fubar... so.... i emptied a little bit into a 16oz bottle and tested it here in town... +5*f....thats not good now i have to drive another 3 hours round trip to drop the coolant for the winter...
