love the lip! Is it being painted, or left like that? Actually makes me think that satin black against the dark gloss car looks quite good.... gives me ideas :)
Haven't done much with mine lately, other than adjusted it for moar lows today :)
it is impractical..... but i'm not...
Very different! I like the combo of S2 airguide and abflug lip, interested to see more pics of the whole car in balance when its rolling again.
What's the plan with the projector beams? Will they be on a separate switch, or wired in with the headlights?
^^^ All I hear above is "you had me at hello" :p
.............and I totally agree. Your car is well known enough around the world Rodel to be considered a benchmark. and a tasteful one at that.
Keep the updates rolling! ;)
Cheers
Or for 7M owners to lean on when looking for oil and coolant leaks :p j/k
That is the best design strut brace i've seen for an A70 though Rodel, nice find.
Good to see another MK3 going 1J VVTi :)
Any intercooler kit made for the JZA70 will be fine, with the exception that the hot side (turbo to intercooler) will have to be modified/fabricated for the different position of the turbo outlet. The throttle body is in exactly the same place however...
That's a cool flex-arm setup for the dial-guage in that video link, sure beats using the magnetic arm standard versions!
Sorry, didn't measure the diameter at the step in the rotor before mine went together.
I think you'll find that the caliper spacer thickness will have to be increased by...
I wouldn't chance it with a spacer under the rotor... apart from the fact that you'll need to increase your caliper spacer (washer) correspondingly, the chance of getting runout at the disc braking surface is not worth it, and also changing (moving) the contact surface for the internal drum...
What? machining is only from the outer edge of the hub........ nothing at all to do with the center spigot that locates the wheel.
besides....... 90% of the guys on here seem to run aftermarket wheels in any case, which would require hub centric adapter rings to begin with, so i'm not sure...
More than needed, just to be sure in-case future rotor sets have a taller step (from other manufacturers). For the current RDA rotors, the step is less than 0.5mm
So a step 1.0mm deep and 5mm radius should be plenty on the hubs.
Cheers
