    Miekedmr's build thread

Yeah, I have the same: - Yellow fronts - Red Rears - Orange steering rack :) For the A-arms and sway bars I went with Energy Suspension bushings (bought from ebay). If I had to change it, after readings, I may prefer SuperPros

I won't say if absurd or overkill, but I'm very interested in your setup. Any pic of W2A core installed please? Good luck with your build ;) I like it!

Anyone using the new Tein SS Coilovers w/ EDFC?

My buddy set it with 12 cm (4.74") clearance everywhere. I don't really know what is the max we can lower. EDFC, EDFC 2, EDFC Active, EDFC Active Pro, all use the same motors, and those motors are compatible with Tein Flex. I got them used, so I can't tell sorry. BTW, it's not difficult to set...

I use Tein Flex with EDFC. They are awsome for me

    Rebuilt 7MGTE revving problem

Hi, With E1/TE1 shunt in diag connector and a timing light? Wait, air intake is not in the throttle bodie area, you probably have an air leak there. The 7mgte ecu will behave wrong if there is a leak between AFM (the sensor between air filter and turbo) and cylinders. The AFM will see...

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

As the coils are wired in series, they see a voltage of 6Vdc each. Using a 24V step up converter will bring their 12volts back ;-)

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

    24V / 2 is 12 V monseigneur.

Answer the question, does a set amount of air relate to a certain power rating?

Not an answer but a related question: Some cars, like Huyndai Coupé, have a Torque gauge on the dashboard. How could this work?

    Supra mk3 weight loss

Hi Fredrik I kept it stock and increased power + coilovers and new bushings. This make the car feels lighter. You can remove stuf, but there isn't a lot to gain. I remember a table with lots of part weights, and aftermarket replacement is costy like caviar.

    7mgte Mine's ECU questions

I remember I had a private talk with 3p141592654 who told me they remove fuel cut completely, which seems pretty dangerous to him(and to me). They also move the rev limit and adjusted 1 point in the fuel map (just one point!). He has no idea why.

    7mgte Mine's ECU questions

I think Mines ulock fuel cut and increase max RPM. Calling 3p. here ;)

Needn't to know the past of the head and block, just need to measure and compare to B8 or B12 in the spreadsheet.

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

I wasn't aware of that. Could you light us on how HKS Twinspark, MSD DIS-4, or inline systems like Nology Powercore, Powerstorm Booster (I bet these later are just capacitor) work please?

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

Actually monsieur JJ, Morganson tested the DG500 coils to work wired in series on our igniter. Than, he felt the need to use a voltage step up converter to supply a series of two plugs with 24V, so 12V each. Then, I go into crazy thoughts... As our stock igniter is current controlled...

    morganson's COP S-Type setup

Ok, so you went with 12V per plug route... I may go more, but I'm amazed about the inline amplifier, but... It must be a capacitor, so voltage increase, spark is longer, but probably no added power. 18V to 24V per plug may be the route to go, I just want to open my ignitor to see the...
