If your engine is lugging with A/C, you lost the signal to the ECU indicating A/C operation. That often induces stalling when stopped. And you could have a weak engine also. Any car will have a noticable drop in output when the A/C is from the parasitic drag. How bad is another story.

Good advice. Pull the EFI fuse out for 30 seconds, keeping your foot off the gas pedal, and the A/C mode off. Then report. back.

Yes you could have a faulty ignition. The coil pack is a waste fire system, and they fire in pairs. So if you have a circuit problem, two cylinders will be down. This ins't common though.
