The sports package was headlight washers, LSD, TEMS, and sport roof. Or something along those lines. LSD and the sport roof were all available seperately on the 7MGE also.

One other thing, the throttle body gives ported vacuum, not manifold vacuum. For future refrence. At least I think it is in front of the throttle plate. I will have to look now.

When reading intercooler FAQ's, I can't find any that suggest smaller intercoolers for smaller engines or horsepower. You would have to go into the airflow, which I am not doing. Smaller turbo yes, but the intercooler seems to not matter, to a point. It does seem like really large piping will...

You would have a drivability problem long before boost. It will stall your car if it opens all the way. It will bog at idle if you partially open.

No. It has no bearing on the turbo's response. Too big of piping probably will slow down the intake track at some point.

Well, it has to be oil specific hose, not just regular hose. But chunks is right, you aren't stopping the car, it is the oil cooler.
