Copper/brass with old coolant that registers a specific gravity of the kind you don't want, has had coating issues with iron block and aluminum head. Specifically, the aluminum. That is one reason GM was using aluminum/aluminum. In addition to the weight.
Aluminum is the benifit here. Don't...
Simple math time. Using a standard tire size of 225/50/16, which is mathematically 24.7 inches, and not your actual circumfrence, here are some basics. To get the car up to 6750 RPM in 5th gear with a 4.30 rear end would be 147.96 mph.
185 lb/ft of torque won't cut it. Take its contmperary...
15.8@88 comes out to about 198 hp. Are you saying their worn out engine isn't as strong? :sarcasm:
Even the preproduction ringer that turned 91 in the quarter couldn't go as fast as some of these guys do. I just punched the numbers in the calculator, 91 mph in about 3650 lbs with driver is...
The car's engine speed limiter(fuel cut) won't allow it.
I got mine one of mine to 5800 RPM. There just isn't enough grunt to pull it harder against the wind. Taller gearing would probably slow it down.
The speedo in the US is only required to be plus or minus 7%. Toyota builds it...
If you think an aluminum radiator is pricey, then you haven't priced the stock unit. For the record, copper/brass transfers heat faster, which is why it was used OEM, until the tightening of CAFE. Aluminum weighs less, and you can make a bigger core without a big weight increase.
And then...
The camshaft position sensor tells the engine control unit engine position (crank angle) and speed.

Page 13 of 34 on the pdf. The 7MGE uses the same pickup, but the 7MGE has a distributor and one coil, as opposed to the coil pack of the GTE.

Why are you buying a new TPS, when you haven't tested anything but the cable? Whether or not you need one, do the basic tests first.
There is a default of the solenoids. You are going to it when it warms. Do the test after it warms. Then the basic checks shown in the repair manual.
And your cable is adjusted correctly? The cable only changes shift quality, not time. ECU failure is very rare, unless you are a 1JZ person. They trash everything.
I took a picture of the elbow, if for some reason nobody has seen it. Nice piece. And my intercooler hose problem defeater, aka Canton adapter in 18 x 1.5.
I still have to get A/N adapters for the NPT, and a smooth bend in some places.
I will do the intercooler and turbo at the same time...
This reminds me. Has anybodyseen pictures of the new Mercedes Hemi head used by Chrysler? The original hemi looks like the group A, the new one looks more like the 7M head. Quench.
T-mobile is locking it out, wanting me to buy their phone. It took all of reading the first two posts to figure that out.
He is a clown in a phone stand because he thought it was locked, despite the phone not saying so.
+1 on State Farm not carrying people that are a liability. BTW, I don't agree with speeding tickets. The danger is greatly exagerated. People are oblivious to their surroundings, and is a much bigger concern.
The rate shouldn't change much.
