Salvage title doesn't mean it was in a really bad accident automatically. You can get a salvage title if it was stolen and they stole the correct parts off the car. You can also get one for mileage fraud, flood damage, and or an accident in a sweet spot that will cost too much to cost...

No the kit you are talking about what it does is disables the last spark plug on the firing order or something of this nature allowing unburned gas to enter the exhaust, after building up enuff the spark is given to the spark plug on the exhaust and it ignites it.
