Not to be an ass, but what are you doing drag runs for on a car just out of the shop after a rebuild? You should take some time and get the thing runnign right before you go beatin the crap out of it. Obviously something is wrong if only getting 4psi. Take some time and figure it out...

I think my favorite torque specification comes from Dylan's How-To install new springs and struts.... HE called for a "Metric Crap-Ton" of force to be applied to the upper A-arm... yes do the 85, then cycle, then retorque. Don't skip the retorque because it is "a pain in the ass to take...
