screw in type GM fuel pressure test port?

I use a miniature stainless steel quick connect on a tapped CSI bolt. My fuel test/injector cleaning gear has the mating coupler. What piratetip has is slick though and the way to go if it can still be had. Has to be a lot cheaper too.

need help with starter relay issue

The wiring for that mod (as dumb as it is) is stone simple. I suggest you go over it again paying particular attention to the configuration of the relay terminals. If you're using a typical Bosch style relay the numbers on it are explained here: http://tinyurl.com/5hjxm Btw making...

    7mgte will not idle!

Somewhat useless in the sense of a no start but not for other types of issues. Due to the low airflow at cranking speed the AFM signal is too weak for reliably starting the engine. Therefore it's not used. It's why the engine can be started with it disconnected. Continued operation occurs when...

    7mgte will not idle!

As dumbo pointed out it's an AFM. Not to mention the ECU doesn't use it when starting the engine...

Fair nuff. It's aluminum btw...to keep sparks from jumping to it ;)

    Code 11.

Nope, not related. Nor can any spark jump from inside the CPS. A cover is a good thing though. You could have bought something like a dozen OEM covers for the price of that fancy one. Not that I have anything against the billet cover, just seems a waste for someone who didn't notice any cover at...

Down To my Last 4 Cigs before I quit

^ Yeah, that makes sense. It'll get better Fuzz. Stick with it. The physical craving will diminish quickly, it's the psychological one that's tough. I quit because my family is genetically predisposed to lung cancer. Since nearly every relative has succumbed to it I strongly suspect that'll be...

AC going back in, need input on flush

It'll be fine. More rugged in the sense it's less likely to be damaged by impacts. On the other hand it has lots of vacuum brazed joints, something flat channel designs don't. Looks well made though. American ;)

AC going back in, need input on flush

Typical double back tube and fin serpentine. More rugged than the flat channel type. Oh, and I went and looked at mine....same as grim's.

AC going back in, need input on flush

Serpentine versus parallel flow. PFs are 30% more efficient and really ought to be used with 134. The downside is PFs are harder to clean. Then again OEM might be a PF so maybe I spoke too soon. It would not be typical for the era though. Are the channels under the end caps serpentine like...
