The benefit of doing this? I've never looked into it much to be honest. The Spec multi-disc clutches for our cars really don't seem all that pricey, at least compared to OS or Tilton anyway...

If you have the HCV in your system, you will still have 3 hoses... Eliminate the HCV and you'll only have 2 if you run your heater. These are a charcoal engine enamel (high temp) painted over a black paint that was already on them. Just a rattle can job, but they look alright. Hope the scenery isn't too much for ya. ;)

Back when my car was red (3e5 I believe the tag said?) I always thought a dark bronze would look really good... Not a very "crazy" color, but red and "crazy" don't always look great together. Perhaps a really bright blue or yellow of some sort if you're looking to get a little attention...

MPH in any particular gear is dependent upon three things: -rear tire size. -gearing ratios and rear diff ratio. -how high you rev it. My 1j hits ~109-110 in third at 7200rpm with 275/40/17 on it. If I were to rev it to 8500, it would be doing ~132 in third. Dunno how high a 1G would rev...
