There is no best. Eibach is perfect for daily driving with some twisties once in a while. H&R gets even lower and stiffer. Coilovers are my favorite because I can get stupid low. I would get Eibach springs though.

Looks fine. As long as the person has a good rating I would go for it after he checks the number. I have never had a bad experience buying parts. Just have to be smart with what you bid on.
