It's running 8psi off the wastegate spring. I haven't really paid too much attention, but I wanna say it's all there around 3700 RPM. I'll have to double check to make sure. If I were to do it all over again I'd for a bolt on turbo cause I'm not really aiming to high as far as RWHP goes...

I changed mine when I dropped the tank to change my fuel pump. I've never replace one when the tank is still in. I heard it was hard.

Is your car auto? Take a trip to the strip and see what it does. Find out what your car weighs, factor in your trap speed, and see roughly how much horsepower your car is making. You can bench race all day, but hard data is better.
