That's not bad considering a friend of mine with a Starion had a manifold custom made for his car. His is only four runners, T4 flanged, 38mm 2 bolt flange for WG, and he paid $800 "friend" price. After the second time it cracked on him the fabricator wouldn't fix it under warranty anymore.

Oil drain tube backing up? The longer you let it idle the more oil builds up, seeps past the seal, and starts dumping into the exhaust? It's just a guess. Did you happen to notice the turbo elbow and beggining of the downpipe wet with oil when you changed your turbo?

It's different. Craftsmanship looks good. Is there anything supporting the turbo, or does it just hang there? When do you begin to build boost, and max boost?

:naughty: What's the point of running nitrous after 3000 RPM??? I thought turbo cars ran nitrous right off idle to reduce turbo lag, and taper off the nitro when the turbo reaches full boost. Either way you have some homework to do. I can tell you the majority of members on this forum...
