Yeah, that's normal. I break loose myself at 8psi. You might want to consider some kind of drag radial... or swap a 1J into your car. OOOoooooh, that's right I said it!!
Ok, today I went cruising around the neighborhood with the stock AFM on. All driving was kept under boost. Once the car warmed up I was getting 3.5v throughout the RPM ranges in all gears. When I came back home and parked it I was seeing 2.5v at idle. I think the stock ECU is happier with...
Fork over the money and go to a local drift sanctioned event. It's alot cheaper than getting caught on the streets and having to go to court. All that drifting and powersliding will get alot of attention on the streets, and someone is sure to call the cops on you. Keeping it safe and legal...
A little more on this. Once again, at idle with the Lex AFM it'll sit at 3.5v for a little while. Then it will move over to 5v while still idling. Anytime I touch the throttle it'll hold 5v throughout the RPM range.
I then took off the Lex AFM and put the stock AFM housing back on. 3.5v...
I hooked up a voltmeter to Vf1 & E1 pins in the diagnostic block. Once the car warms up the voltmeter reads 3.5v. So that looks normal. While cruising around it reads 5v (4.97) in all gears & all RPM ranges while not in boost. Anytime I touch the throttle it reads 5v wether I'm barely...

Reminds me when I was very active on Supraforums.com, and everyone was saying that we needed a company to make a forged steel crank for us so it can...
Cool project. Love the wheels. Do not like the tire fitment. The bead of the tire doesn't even go to the edge of the rim. Is that safe? Oh, and too much negative camber for me. But it's your ride and it's what you like. Are you gonna keep the 5m, or going to swap it out with something...
If it were to rain here I'd go stand it. Hell, I'd probably even do mud angels in it. Do you understand that it hasn't really rained here in months. Aside those couple of days that we had, the last several months have been dry as a bone. How dare you come in here and complain about the rain!
Those were my exact thoughts. They got him off the hook so he wouldn't ruin his chances possibly playing minor league baseball. We don't want to ruin him record with a DUI now do we? Nevermind that he couldn't have killed someone else with his bad choices of getting wasted and driving. But...
I like the idea. I swore to myself that if this 7m in my car goes out I'm going carb'd SBC. Yeah, not alot of people get too excited about it but who cares.
