If money isn't an issue, I'd be surprised if you couldn't get these items from Toyota. A couple dealerships that come to mind are Champion Toyota (not sure where they are exactly, but they're good to us Supra owners), and Earnhardt Toyota in AZ (ask for Wes)...

Exhausts are generally chassis specific, not engine specific. Most any A70 exhaust will fit most of our cars, but there is the occasional exception.

I had a 4.30 LSD in my 88 NA, any NA that had the sport package from the factory had the LSD. Made for a good handling car in the snow. :)

My old lady has a Mazda3, it's not a bad car, with a manual it would be fun, but the automatic kinda kills it. Could just as easily be an exhaust leak too. I have a couple leaks on mine that I'm aware of, but not terribly concerned about. Like Chip said though, we need a bit more info to help you out...
