Could I get a wheel PS for my car..
actually 9 with around 30 would be best. 24 would be flush if you run camber.

Diameter does nothing to fitment. for a 10 you need around +40.

Depending on camber I'd say at 0 camber the rear that is about 1" out. maybe a little less. front will be about flush.

Wheel fit issue question
If I am calculating it right.. that will be around a -12 offset.. so it won't fit.

With those offsets you are pushing it.. They will be sticking out a lot in the rear and a tad in the front with my calculations.
