What did you do to your supra today? Pics

Maybe because you posted the same thing 6 times? Anyway- Today was raining, so rather than replace the front ball joints on my MR2, I fabbed up a knock sensor rewire kit. I've had a pair of newer style knock sensors, well, knocking around my garage for awhile, so I decided to make a harness...

    going biger turbo

I have had the MAFT basic for 7+ yrs, and have never had a problem with it. Ever. I have mine set up in blow-thru mode as well, so I have an atmospheric bov. When I changed from 440 to 560 injectors, all I did was move one switch and two dials. Perfect idle the first time. The only reason I am...

Um...what? Are you asking if you can use a MAFT to report to a Greddy E-manage?

What is the RAREST MKIII Supra?

LOVE that color. Didn't even know it was a factory option, as I've never seen one.

    Poor Man's BBK

I'd like to see some detailed info on the rear brakes as well. For the fronts, I did the Cobra conversion. I don't know if I'd call it a poor man's brake setup, as it totalled me about $800. That includes brackets, rotors, calipers, brake lines, and pads. Not bad, but dollar vs. performance, I...

Fuel Pressure Dropping and Engine Break-up at 3500 RPM Regardless of Load/Boost

I think 3P is right, because if the fuel rail "water hammer" does happen, then *maybe* the resonant frequency happens to be ~3500rpm, given your injector size, fuel pressure, and all other variables.

What is the RAREST MKIII Supra?

Saw what I thought was a weird thing in the junk yard the other day, A 1987 Supra na, with a power sunroof, that retracted INTO the car, and not above the roof. I assumed it was aftermarket.

What is the RAREST MKIII Supra?

I was under the impression that the 1st MkIV's were technically called 93.5 Supras.

    The Rebuild! (90T)

Dumb? well, no. It's just that as I said- the belt is dirt cheap. Do you REALLY want to go back into it in a year, just to replace that belt? PS- I've seen it recommended that if ANY oil gets on the belt, you have to toss it and buy a new one. The oil kills its life expectancy. As for my "great...

1988 Supra 7mge Custom Paint Job

No, acutally it doesn't. For one thing, neither shit or vomit from an infant is bright green, regardless of what they might eat. Secondly, the amount that could come out of an infant would (1) never be enough to coat an entire car, or (2) be of even enough consistency or color to look like a...

    code 52 **video inside** problem

For clarification(for me), does code 52 represent that a knock is detected, or that there is a problem with the knock sensor system? If it is the latter, then unplugging the knock sensors won't verify anything, because even if you had a perfectly working system and unplugged the sensors, I would...

My ever slow 86.5 build thread

Might as well do it anyway. Peace of mind, plus it only takes about an hour to do.

You need an upper control arm? Mine is good, with a good boot, AND brand new oem bushings can go with it... LMK

    Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3, 4....Stage 5- Reassembly after 13 years!!!

Not much going on, just wanted to say hello, guys. The only thing I've done since completing the suspension/ brake stage, is to buy a new set of ARP's(they were on sale), get rid of some old parts, and do a bit of research. I'm leaning towards doing a shimless bucket install on the head, but...

My ever slow 86.5 build thread

Never mind. As far as the rebuild, good luck. I'm just glad I live in GA, where rust barely even exists...
