    Rear Differential

There was also a 4.30 LSD in the sport package equipped (TEMS, headlight squirters, etc) NA's... putting a 3.73 in it will return both higher potential top speed and mileage, but at the risk and sacrifice of acceleration. To answer your question of what fluid to use and how to change it, it's...

Who has the highest Mileaged MK3?

There's always that museum piece at that Toyota dealer up in Canada, but I don't think that one counts, its in KM. :p That is impressive sir. I had an 80 Corolla with a little over 325k years ago. Good little car, ran great. :)

    "Exhibition of *excel*eration" ticket question...

Update time, although it's a small one. Have a meeting with a lawyer Thursday at lunch to discuss whether it would be worth it to hire him or not, and what my chances are of getting this reduced. The way I figure it, hire a lawyer for a few hundred now, or pay a few hundred more on insurance...

My 1977 7M-GTE CELICA! Finished! Test drive vid on page 18!

Wish I could rock that sticker, but in present company, it seems kinda hypocritical considering your car has 12 years on mine. :p Also, that first picture of your GF, is she holding a TSRM? If so, I'd call that a keeper!

    Corolla auto transmission question...

It shudders if you sharply press the throttle, but settles into place? Might check that your mounts for the motor and trans are still bolted in nice and snugly... I remember my old roommate's Celica GTS had bad mounts at one point.

    Mishimoto Radiator

I have the Mishimoto fan shroud, on a PWR radiator. Depending on your location, it may or may not work. It works for me alright in colder climates, but down in Vegas and Phoenix, it does NOT bring enough air through the radiator to keep things comfortably cool for my taste. However, in my case...

    T.S Project

Definitely looking good man, I'm excited to see it on the car. :) Some things flow better on certain cars than others, will be good to see if this style works for the Mk3 as well as the Mk4 and FD...

Dang my head has a crack guess I should throw it away ..........naaaaaaaaaaa

Ian, I said it *looks* good, but I'm still excited to see how well the repair holds up. I've been impressed before. ;) That said, I definitely wouldn't be doing this myself, this is some pretty brave territory... Good luck Nash!

    Cup Holders

And by 'cup holder', you mean a passenger... I see what you did there. :p Never cared for the idea with the Miatas either. There's a spot between the passenger seat and the rear bulkhead that fits my favorite bottles nicely. :) Honestly, I don't think many Japanese sports cars (Japanese cars...

BAD DAY! MY 1JZ MKIII was stolen and wrecked today!

Stickdeath had some good car defense ideas from a few years back, should look them up for a laugh. ;)

    Corn?

This is one aspect of living in Wyoming that proves the grass is sometimes greener on the other side of the state lines. We can't grow shit here, aside from sage brush... Edit before the "but they grow this over in the eastern part of the state..." comes up: Wyoming has a few very distinct...

    Gurren Lagann!!!

Just started back into anime again, have been sitting on quite a large (if digital) collection for sometime now. Funny how much I remember enjoying this stuff before the internet took over. :) Anyone seen Burst Angel yet? I watched the first episode at breakfast, seems alright so far...

Intake/exhaust mods and turbo failure danger

I think it all comes down to how well the motor/turbos were taken care of before you got it. I've run a 3" pipe from the turbos back on mine for over a year and a half now, one of the turbos is beginning to burn through a little bit of oil, but they've been run at 12-15psi pretty much daily for...

    compound turbo set up

For this sort of setup you'd be foolish to have anything but a full standalone. Piggy back a setup like this and you're likely to be piggy backing a ride back home...

    Cup Holders

Personally I find that 1 liter pepsi-style bottles work great to put between your left thigh and the door. Just don't forget that it's there or it'll fall out. :)
