If your truck has a limited slip diff it will spin in the same direction. Most all tire wear complaints are due to poor alignment and worn suspension compnents. From what you have described the rear end could be dog-tracking.

Did you have the head hardness tested? It could be annealed which explains all the stripped threads. Those are stock valves BTW. Really doubt it has upgraded springs too.

Are you sure you didn't put a rear spring in the front? Swap springs and see if the other side sags.
