MKIV N/A Front Brake Calipers for MKIII

Longer answer: hasn't this question been asked at least 3 other times this month alone? :p

No heat with a 180% thermostat in

Another thing to consider, the valve itself can stick from time to time. There is a little arm on the bottom of it, when it is pushed UP into the assembly, the valve is open, allowing hot coolant inside the car. If it's stuck down, you're in for a cold drive. Try squeezing that arm into the...

    Gurley's 92 Teal 2JZ Project

You can send poop over Tapatalk now Clint? Man, I might have to look into getting me a shart phone if that's the case.

R8 Style Gated Shifter For My Soarer

Eh, see if you can test drive something that has one. Although the car as a whole was a piece of crap, the Camaro SS I had had the T56 behind the LS1, and it was by far and above, the best part of the car. Granted, that isn't saying MUCH, but the engine was pretty sweet, and I thought the trans...

Spoilers and Wings: Spoiler or wing

I've seen a Mk4 hoop-wing on a C3 Vette around here Mike, what say you about THAT? :p Seriously, although I laugh at it, it somehow works with the car...

    After market subframes?

Even considering weight savings (of which I'm a huge fan in general), there are better places to replace parts. At least the subframe sits nice and low. Now if the targa panel weighed 230lbs, THAT would be a good item to consider replacing. ;)

    Car Lift

Hadn't thought about that. From what I could tell, they screw into place, but it's certainly something to look into...

Brembo Big Brake Kit for MKIII

For the money, I've always had my heart set on the ARZ kits. Around $2500 for an awesome upgrade (remember, less unsprung weight too!), and it's still cheaper than the commercial BBK's for our cars. Sounds like a winner to me...

    Car insurance for my MKIII.

You know, that odometer thing always seemed silly to me on an older car... You're still with USAA, right? I need to look into a flat rate policy for mine next year, might even do what you've done with the collector route, as I won't be using the 87 for winter driving on account of the body work...

    Stickshift Wheelie...

Undeniably a lot of power there, but power means little without control, and I'd love to see the guy try doing anything other than a straight line. He almost lost it at the end there... Would be curious to see what sort of ET/trap he pulled there though. I've always thought wheelies did little...

    Crash, 8 ferrari's, 3 Merc's, Lambo, Skyline & Prius.

Well when I posted, your repost link of the repost wasn't actually a link, it was just blank text *suggesting* it was a repost... Anyone else feel like we're in the Twilight Zone here?

    Mossberg 500, anyone use one?

Toy, potential defense situation, etc... Eh, I'd only hunt with a bow anyway. Never found much sport in sniping those rascally deer... This describes my house pretty well, it's mostly a hallway. Do expect to need fire it inside my house? Not really, home invasions around here are about as...

    Its finally here! (Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86)

Ahh, I meant no offense sir, I was unaware that they even campaigned the Legacy in racing. Far as I knew, the WRX was the only one in Super GT, and it had to be RWD to conform to that particular series' regulations. Same with the Skylines, they no longer use AWD for the Super GT/JGTC racing. No...

Twin TD06... that would have been some serious fun if you had the means back in the day.

    After market subframes?

Seems like a good idea to design a custom subframe to me... I believe the Beech control arms would allow for such adjustment, check here: http://www.supramania.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?171-Beech-Performance-Motorsports

    Car Lift

I'll second this, but the extenders seem like an interesting idea. I've used the block of wood trick when trying to get some serious height on a car to do some time consuming work under the car. The wood works well enough. You might also look into a bottle jack, I know they can get some good...

    Rear strut/coil install tips?

Taller tires do the trick better and won't compromise handling... Best to start out at a mid-point somewhere to get an idea of where the car is going to sit, THEN decide. Hell, on my Megans, I can tuck tire if I want.
