350 wheel is achievable. Check out SIP(in the misc. vendors section). He offers a stroker kit and can get you 11:1 compression pistons. Then comes the 440s and the fuel management (i say go standalone so you can get the most timing). Some nice cams will help as well (again, check with SIP)...

You installing with stock twins or a single/upgraded twins? USDM or JDM harness? Motor from an Aristo or a Supra? R154 or auto? If the motor is a rear sump, you are going to want to use JZA70 brackets or BIC brackets to bolt it in, if you are using a JDM harness, look into the alternate wire...
