It is common for them to stick, yes, but they do serve an important purpose. It's a simple fix to leave it on there and adjust the throttle screw. ;)

Timing, CPS, TPS, and ISCV. Make sure those things are all in spec, should fix your problem. Other than the music. :p

Try driving for 2200 miles in 3-4 days at highway speeds with that setup... I can still hear it, 2 years later. :nono:
