Loosest Aussie bloke ever: Even looser.

You have got to be kidding. You guys have around 2/3 of the space of the continental US, and about what, a fifth of the population? Shit, here it's not really a serious offense until you hit the 20-25 mph over mark, unless you're being reckless and clearly endangering others, and even that's in...

CTV Confirms Government(s) employing Internet Trolls to correct missinformion

Who still uses CRT monitors? On the original subject, wouldn't surprise me... hell of a marketing/campaign tool to have well spoken people weighing in on things.

Bite the pillow, Xbox fans. Microsoft's going in without lube.

I'll admit, I don't have any experience with Steam. Are the games stored on their servers, or do you download it all to your machine while you play? If it's the latter, that's much like PSN, I can download the games I've paid for (but didn't always want to play or have space for) again when I do...

Dash is looking nice, like it belongs that way in the first place... and good to know on the justdifferentials.com guys. Hope things get straightened out for you. Word of mouth is enough to sink a business...

Loosest Aussie bloke ever: Even looser.

Remember guys, the speed isn't what kills, it's the sudden stops. :p I still love Montana's approach. They have a "posted" limit of 75mph on their highways, but it's up to them how they enforce it. Ratty looking Ford Focus doing 110mph? You're probably gonna get pulled over. Sports sedan/car...

Bite the pillow, Xbox fans. Microsoft's going in without lube.

Eman, you make a few good points, but I don't see physical media going completely away. As the resolution and sound quality increases, so does the need for storage space. As much as I love not having to put discs in my ps3/Xbox to play games on it, some games are just beyond a reasonable size to...

    2jz Swap

If it were me, I'd go for the VVTI option. Swap is a bit more difficult, but it's pretty awesome technology. :) Even if you're not going for all out power, the vvti helps low and mid-range torque out quite a bit.

    1jay slow start

What sort of capacity battery do you have? Mine would give me a little trouble starting until I got an Optima with something like 800+ CCA's... Fixed that issue.

Just thought I'd share this drool worthy link

Talk about a ticking time bomb... Strange, I always thought it was mileage/use that blew head gaskets. I know rubber deteriorates if not lubricated somewhat frequently, but headgaskets? That's news to me... You know, considering the price of a modern car of that caliber, it's really not quite...

    where to get rebuild kit

If you want to do it properly and don't mind spending a bit of money, you can't go wrong with OEM Toyota for the gasket kit. IIRC, they have a nice upper engine rebuild kit, has the valve stem seals (expensive on their own), has most everything you need other than the few gaskets on the block...

New source of Torsen T2 LSD's

I was always under the impression that Torsen diffs behave great, UNTIL you approach the limit of the inside tire, then you have a 1-way diff. Am I mistaken there? If not, why would one want to switch from a clutch-type to a Torsen? Better response perhaps?

    Brake Upgrade ??

I will also vouch for the ARZ setup, it's quite nice. Feels like stock until you REALLY need it. ;) You do have a few options here though, but you haven't exactly given us much to go with here. WHY are your brakes locking up from heat? In my experience, heat causes fade... What are you...

Time for an aftermarket stereo... HELP!

If it bothers as much as it did me, it's a simple thing to pull the connector for the antenna. Radio sucks where I live anyway, so I never listen to it. ;)
