Goodluck. i recommend getting a few washers and shimming your oil pump. are you going with a metal head gasket? its probably a good idea. and also if you goal is 600+ i think its a good time to start thinking about forged internals or atleast pistons. probe pistons are cheap and could be found...

check your fuel lines. post up some pics that sucks dude.

behind the upper intake manifold near the egr, you should see a T fitting there. tap into the on coming right off the manifold not the throttle body edit: at least thats what i did for my car... but i see yours is a 89+? so i am not sure what the differences are mines an 87

no running stock wg and stock boost with a 57 trim ct26 should not hit fuel cut. you'll be fine.

buy a new fan clutch. get an aftermarket gauge (more accurate and looks cool) and what do you mean by overboost? if you are saying you are running stock waste gate setting with no boost controller or anything you should be fine
