Plugs at stock power levels work well at .031" (0.8mm) I like Denso plugs, but other people have had luck with NGK's. Denso P/N PQ20RU NGK: BCPR6ES Edit: these are for stock coils/wires, I have a diff recommendation set if you're using IS300 coils/wires.

Yep, once they crush to a certain shape, its very hard to make them seal correctly if they didn't seal 100% to begin with. All you need to do is bring the fitting to a hardware store that has an assortment of copper washers and find one that fits the fitting as well as seals to the rack. Kinda...

Fuel filters are mounted, tank is assembled and installed! Last things left are to run the new voltage supply wire, add the 2nd relay, and reinstall the intake manifold! Here's a pic of the filters installed
