Plugs at stock power levels work well at .031" (0.8mm) I like Denso plugs, but other people have had luck with NGK's. Denso P/N PQ20RU NGK: BCPR6ES Edit: these are for stock coils/wires, I have a diff recommendation set if you're using IS300 coils/wires.

I've texted Rob acouple times lately, he's alive... I'll let him know about the meet tonight :) Drew: When we set up the next meet I will personally text you (or yer boss :P ) to ensure that you are able to attend. I will include a can of 'gremlin-away' for application a week prior to the meet...

Project Lex (aka: Teh Bean) '92 SC300

Yep, my 4.5" tip is a bit gawdy, but I can't argue about it. The exhaust is ridiculously quiet, which is what I want. funny thought... think like rim/tire fitment: all you have to do is fill the gap :P I think sme OEM style ovalized tips would look very clean and sleeperish if that's what...

    CNC'd TEMS buttons

Nothing aftermarket is up to snuff when it concerns those gaskets- I reused mine at least 10 times (way more on the turbo-downpipe one) and they still sealed like a dream! Now- if you're using their S.S. gasket between a Boss turbo and their spacer I think they'd be fine (very clean and machined...

Looks like its lining up nicely, but what's with the no uber huge exhaust tips? :P Good work!

Fuzz- please put the numbers in your post on this thread, it makes Grim's job easier (plus that graph is hard as hell to see clearly)

Drift motion power steering line leak!

Yep, once they crush to a certain shape, its very hard to make them seal correctly if they didn't seal 100% to begin with. All you need to do is bring the fitting to a hardware store that has an assortment of copper washers and find one that fits the fitting as well as seals to the rack. Kinda...

    Installed evo injectors today

Very nice. I found my injectors all hit the casting so I angled them all downward below the fuel rail- makes for an 'interesting' look with the loops of wire I added in anticipation for a possible tuck... Nice clean look you've got there!

It'll likely go something like this... 10-12- people show up, talk, look at cars, look at Greg's shop. 12-1- Cook food, eat food, more talk 1-? more talking and car staring, followed by a lineup and picture-taking After that, we usually cruise to a local park where we take more pictures and...

    VIN Etched into Windows??

Some dealers do that as a safety measure when they get high dollar cars on the lot- that way if someone steals the car they can theoretically track the parts back to the source and go all gangbuster on them!

    Steve's mildly out-of-control build

Fuel pump install is finally done! Set the pressure a half hour ago and got the intake reinstalled! Started it up and it ran like poo, but then I realized I had forgotten the MAP sensor hose X( Reconnected that and then it ran like it it should! I'm happy to report that the noise from the...

    front face intake manifold

The Ebay ones are designed for RHD cars, they hit the brake booster unless modofoed, and even then they have not proven themselves (that I have see) to be a great upgrade. But then again, some will say an FFIM is a waste in the first place so its whatever :P Seth and Ron's manifolds are...

    front face intake manifold

Not sure, I haven't seen flow numbers on it, but the shape of the plenum area would lead me to believe the air distribution would be uneven. How bad would that be: no idea.

    front face intake manifold

It will disrupt the smooth airflow, and is a major reason the factory manifold is a poor starting point for a FFIM. If you look at the angles, it was designed to flow evenly from the center, and if you look at a RonR or a sSethron manifold, they are designed to flow smoothly to all cyls from the...

Fuel filters are mounted, tank is assembled and installed! Last things left are to run the new voltage supply wire, add the 2nd relay, and reinstall the intake manifold! Here's a pic of the filters installed
