780cc/min injectors low impedance
gm air temp sensor
gm engine temps sensor
dual edis 6 with cop coils
7mgte tps for now, ford tps on ford 75mm tb later with ffi
aem wideband o2 sensor...
yes the cps is usuable. anyone else used the dis 6? im going to put my ms2 on v3 board on my 7mgte and need to know what exactly had to be done inside and what ms code to load on it etc.. thanks.
hey, what had to be done to the ms for the edis to work? im grabbin my ms2 on v3 board from my friend dave tomarow and he doesnt remember if he set it up for edis or not. so i figured id ask you so i can get right to it tomarow.
ok, i drove it last night and its ok. not too high at all. stock gauge sits a lil lower then it does with the stock 5m, though the stock 5m doesnt have the oil squirters or the turbo to use up the oil. lol. im releived. means i dont have to drop my oil pan in car.
well, the oil pressure is actually LOWER then a stock 5m even though i shimmed it. lol. and yes, 20w-50 castrol gtx oil. got the oil press gauge working, replaced a heater hose that was soft. put hte other slave cyl in but it needs bled again. pedal is a lil squishy, and set the timing to 10deg...
i dont need a whole kit. ust the flywheel. i can get it new from quartermaster for $270ish. already talked to them. just got to send them the stock flywheel to get the pattern from. havent done it yet. replaced a 7mgte in my 84 with one i grabbed at the junkyard.

reread the procedure.
step 1: remove the timing belt from the cam gears, then line the cams up so the intake and exhaust valves are closed on the #1 cylinder.
when valves are closed they cant be bent!!! also, all the wire will come out. always does. this isnt something ive done once to 1...
