Fp to +B are the ones you have to jump to check your fuel pump.

I know there is a way to bypass all the relays in the fuel system to see if your fuel pump is working. It's where you check for codes you use a jumper wire just like the codes. If your getting fuel the little screw on top of the regulator will pop up. If I remember correctly. crack the engine...
