Just finished wiring my RC1000cc's in sequential.
I make all the left pins one polarity and all the rights the other for neatness sake.
Probably missing antisqueal shims.
An easy fix is a can of brake quiet, pull the pads spray the STEEL BACKING PLATE and reinstall per the destructions on the can.
Or fit all new antisqueal hardware that's probably been thrown in the bin at sometime in the cars past.
Josh: Personally I WOULDN'T have done it.
I'd be concerned at the amount of heat the engine bay structural areas received in the fire as our cars are pressed from .9mm Hi Tensile steel and there are very specific guidelines when doing weld repairs to it so you don't compromise strength too...
