    I look at the system as a whole, each 90 degree fitting is equal to 10 feet of the same inside diameter hose so if there are a few 90's I'll automatically go -10 on the fittings and hose no matter the end use. I personally use AN Pushlock fittings and good quality rubber hose as I don't...

    Vacuum lines popping off at 15psi. Which ones can I remove?

    The stuff I use has been fine up to 30psi, it's just a bulk buy thing off a roll at my hose supplier so it may be thicker wall than the stock stuff. (damn sight less expensive)

    If the Cam Tensioner is over tightened it pulls the bore and the rings can't touch the cylinder wall. Ditto when the block is bored as at 36ft/lbs I measured half a thou deflection so if you have a block bored without it in place the bore will be half a thou out of round when it's installed...
