I don't know if it is or not, but I can tell you the open dp is quite loud. At least it is on mine. It will however make your turbo spoool alot quicker. I went from 12 psi, to 18 psi and my manual boost controller can't handle it. I am probably going to go to a ebc to help keep it under control...
