I'd ask to speak to his boss and point out that your engine doesn't have hydraulic valve adjustment and you'd like the engine shimmed before it burns a valve.
Or swap out the stock filter for a Bosch MS one as they're nearly the same size but you can use AN fittings and lose the Banjo.

10psi per 1000 rpm is the maximum you shoot for so if you were running an engine to 8000 red line you'd shoot for a hot Oil pressure at 8000 of 80 psi, the same engine may make 80 psi at 5000 as well.
