    The timing case gaskets stick up a little there and need to be trimmed with a sharp blade, you then apply a smear of RTV before dropping the HG on.

    Check that the VSV and Heater tap open for starters, move the AC controls from Hot to Cold and watch if the Servos move.

    The lines are close to -6 and the cooler ports closer to -5, it's only ever meant to be a bypass cooler.

    Puck clutches generally don't have the Marcel/Wave springs between the 2 friction surfaces and these are what gives a smooth shudder free engagement in a regular clutch.

    1st check should always be for Head hardness, so many 7M's have soft/annealed heads are are basically junk and not worth building.

    Factory cooler is tiny Dave, no way is it going to flow the volume needed for high engine speeds (above idle)

    Higher than 600 you're looking at a real turbo and none of this budget stuff. I'm assuming pump fuel?
