It has a weep hole or something in it and when it goes bad it will leak. You will need a new or rebuilt waterpump.

8000rpm? 7degrees? I think mine is set at like 14degrees at 8000rpm. I don't know what is consedered safe though. Do you have a way to monitor it for knock?
