Clevite don't make M bearings they buy from other manufacturers and rebox them so it's a bit of a lucky dip what you end up with, I've seen NDC's FedMogul and ACL's in Clevite boxes.

NDC's are about the best you'll get for a 7M, ACL don't do their "good" bearings for the 7M.

I ran an Electric water pump in series with the stock mechanical to cover the low Rpm lack of flow in hot weather/traffic and to fill in the pump cavitation at high Rpm.

The stock 7M system doesn't use a pcv/check valve, once the engine isn't "stock" all bets are off and I found that a valve was needed due to increased volume of blowby gases.
